The MESH team aimed to gain an in-depth understanding of Homewell Care Services’ current market perception and customer expectations regarding service delivery. To do so, a national consumer survey was conducted, and the team took advantage of this research opportunity to explore how a future brand website could enhance the purchasing journey for customers. Armed with valuable insights, the team developed a new brand value proposition and created a multi-location brand site to provide both customers and franchise operators with localized experiences, delivering improved levels of care and service throughout the company network.
