MESH is one of four recipients of the 2016 Douglas Manship, Sr. Torch Award for Ethics in Business. This award is presented annually by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of South Central Louisiana.

The Manship Torch Award for Ethics in Business is awarded to businesses in South Central Louisiana who have been proven to uphold the highest ethical standards of behavior in all interactions, whether internally among management and employees, or externally with clients, customers, suppliers, users, shareholders and the community.Established in 2001, this award is presented annually. To qualify, companies must be nominated and answer numerous questions regarding business and client interactions. An independent panel of judges selects the winners based on the responses to these questions.
Fellow recipients of the 2016 Manship Torch Award for Ethics in Business include Relief Windows, LA Capitol Federal Credit Union and the Baton Rouge Clinic, AMS. Recipients will be recognized at the BBB’s 16th Annual Torch Awards Banquet at the L’Auberge Casino & Hotel in Baton Rouge on October 4, 2016. The featured speaker of the evening will be Jim Hawthorne, former “Voice of the Tigers.” The banquet is underwritten by Baton Rouge Coca-Cola Bottling Company.
