As a Senior Brand Manager, you will act as lead on accounts and as the primary liaison between the internal teams at MESH and the client. You will handle the client’s advertising budget and ensure that the internal teams adhere to the client’s brand guidelines and marketing requirements.
The Senior Brand Manager’s responsibilities include understanding the client’s business landscape and competitive space in order to align marketing and business objectives. You will seek new revenue generation opportunities while assisting in developing client goals and a holistic marketing/advertising plan and implementation process. The right candidate will recommend solutions that provide a mutual benefit for both the agency and the client, while overseeing the internal team’s progress.
The Senior Brand Manager should build strong relationships with their clients and the agency workforce. You will be a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients while maintaining the ability to motivate the internal teams to exceed expectations. You will work diligently and foster the respect of their co-workers by allowing them freedom to execute a creative vision for a brand.

Responsibilities:
Primary Role
- Manages overall client relationship and success
- Accountable for client profitability within the agency
- Spearheads research of new accounts
- Maintains deep knowledge of client/consumer profiles
- Demonstrates a pervasive knowledge of agency service offerings/capabilities
- Reallocates annual budget to meet ongoing program needs
- Monitors overall strategic program quality and correctness
- Ensures programs meet client goals and expectations
- Client on-boarding and orientation
- Serves as primary business owner for client and account teams for all of their programs
- Client communications (budgetary or program related and negotiations)
- Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
- Other duties as assigned
Client / Business Development Responsibilities
- Provides accurate and thorough ongoing revenue forecast for their clients
- Helps create proposals, contracts, pitch materials and decks
- Oversees creation of RFP response and participates in presentations
- Drafts retainer proposals with input from department head
Role Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration, or another relevant field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a client services role or comparable field.
- Ability to lead internal and external teams to common goals.
- Strong skills in account delegation, as needed.
- Excellent understanding of advertising methods and techniques.
- Capable of learning complex topics and brands quickly.
- Proven strategic thinker with the ability to to communicate insights on the brand
- Ability to grow accounts revenue and breadth of services rendered from the agency.
- Ability to deal with conflict & serve as the escalation point for client issues.
- Great ability to prepare and manage budgets on behalf of clients.
